Comedy at the Pub

The ale is chilled, the menu is tasty and the stage is set for a hilarious evening of snacking and snickering at Comedy at the Pub Friday and Saturday evenings, February 6 & 7 through February 27 & 28. Held in the rustic Swashbuckler Brewery & Restaurant located on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, professional actors showcase their unique improvisational skills during a “Whose Line Is It Anyway” style evening of laughter and fun complete with hand-crafted ales and fantastic foods.

No two shows are the same as the talented cast takes suggestions from the audience and uses them in fast-paced, action-packed improv games. It’s a kaleidoscope of witty, slapstick comedy and musical interludes that will leave everyone roaring with laughter.

The Swashbuckler Brewery & Restaurant's highly acclaimed pub foods and trademark beverages, available at a la carte prices, are a delicious accompaniment to the wacky comedic romp. Enjoy a wide range of appetizers, signature sandwiches, home-style entrees and delicious desserts. Swashbuckler ales handcrafted within the Pub itself, specialty wine cocktails and award winning Mount Hope wines provide the perfect finish to the meal.

Comedy at the Pub begins each evening at 9P.M. and admission is $20 for patrons 18 and older. A la cart meals, snacks and beverages can be purchased during the show at an additional cost. The Swashbuckler Brewery & Restaurant is open Thursdays, 4 P.M. to 10 P.M., and Fridays, 4 P.M. to Midnight, with Happy Hour specials from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. On Saturdays, the Swashbuckler Brewery & Restaurant is open from 11:30 A.M. to Midnight. Reservations and show tickets are required after 7:30 P.M. on Fridays and Saturdays.
