Catch the Culprit at Mount Hope Mansion’s Interactive
Murder Mystery Dinner

Murder is on the menu Fridays and Saturdays this March at Mount Hope Estate & Winery’s interactive murder mystery
event, Murder at Mount Hope Mansion. Join us for an evening of fine dining and “who-done-it” intrigue where you will
have the opportunity to interrogate the suspects, put the clues together and help solve the crime.

The year is 1871 and the nation is on the mend from the bloody Civil War. While many struggle to recover, some of those
who have prospered during this tumultuous time gather at the mansion of railroad tycoon, Joshua Stephens, for a poker
game with the highest stakes the country has ever seen. Tensions will be high and someone may lose more than a game of
poker.

The evening begins with appetizers and drinks at the cash bar. Enjoy handcrafted Swashbuckler ales and award-winning
Mount Hope wines as you mingle with the high rollers who have come from all over the nation for the big game.

A gourmet dinner follows as the players continue to become acquainted with their opponents and you, the audience, who
have come to witness this historic event. Feast upon salad of fresh trimmed greens, slow braised beef short rib paired with
a chile cornbread stuffed chicken breast with queso blanco sauce and a baked potato topped with butter and snipped
chives before concluding with a traditional spiced English custard bread pudding with rum hard sauce.

The plot thickens after dinner when everyone gathers together for the high stakes game. Before the first hand is dealt,
shouts ring out and a body is discovered. Who was murdered? Who is the killer? The game is afoot in more ways than one
and it is up to you to help solve the crime during this dinner party that is to die for.

Seating for Murder at Mount Hope Mansion is at 7:30 P.M. on Fridays and Saturdays, March 6 & 7 through March 27 &
28. Only 80 participants will be admitted to this perfectly executed event. Participants under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian. Admission is $39.95 per person. A cash bar featuring Mount Hope wines and
Swashbuckler ales is available. Reservations can be made by visiting the Virtual Box Office at www.PaRenFaire.com or
