A Party Is Brewing at the Swashbuckler Pub Restaurant

The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire’s Best Kept Secret

Until now, the only way you could enjoy a dinner or ale at the Swashbuckler Pub Restaurant was to attend one of the events held throughout the year on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Now, for the first time, Swashbuckler Pub Restaurant will throw open its doors to the weekend pub crowd, Thursdays through Saturdays startingin January, for an evening of great food, top-notch ales and live entertainment.

For your dining pleasure, the Swashbuckler Pub Restaurant offers pub fare at its finest. A wide range of appetizers are available as a starter or as a snack including a heaping pile of Brew House Nachos, fresh baked Spinach and Crap Dip or gourmet soup de jour served in a bread boule. Enjoy signature sandwiches, such as Beef Brisket and English Apple & Turkey, perfectly pressed on an Italian Grill. Home-style entrees include English Pot Roast and Irish Whiskey Pork Loin. Don’t forget to ask your server about desserts including homemade Bread Pudding and Apple Crisp.

Fill up your glasses with microbrewed Swashbuckler ales handcrafted within the Pub itself. Three house favorites are always on tap. Swashbuckler's Gold is a traditional German-Style Kolsch Ale that is light in both color and body. Red Sea Amber is a medium bodied Amber Ale brewed with all English ingredients. Captain Rude’s Blackwater Stout is a robust Oatmeal Stout with flavorful chocolate and coffee accents. The specialty ale selection is ever-changing so be sure
to come back often to see what is new. For a unique experience, try one of our specialty beer cocktails.

Specialty wine cocktails are available if your palate leans toward sweeter delights. Crafted from Mount Hope wines, these cocktails combine dry whites and sweet reds with splashes of fruit juices and hints of lemon lime spritzers.

Every Saturday night throughout the month of January live acoustic bands perform on Swashbuckler Pub Restaurant’s intimate stage beginning at 10 P.M. With sounds ranging from Folk and Americana to Jazz and Rock, these local bands create the perfect accompaniment to fabulous foods and brews.

On January 10, Indian Summer Jars kicks off the month of music with passionate lyrics and soulful harmonies described as bluesy folk rock with earthy and Celtic undertones and lots of heat, which makes for a performance you’ll never forget.

Award winning singer/songwriter Sherri Mullen shines on January 17 Americana and Country influenced lyrics, powerful vocals and a passionate performance.
Lancaster’s own The Rob and Todd Show performs January 24 with their acoustic Rock and Blues sounds.Wrapping up the month of entertainment on January 31 is Rhyne McCormick playing an eclectic variety of rock and folksy guitar tunes influenced by Edwin McCain, The Badlees, Keith Urban and more.
