General Information

The event is located on the grounds of Mount Hope Estate, home of the PA Renaissance Faire. The street address is 2775 Lebanon Rd. Manheim, PA 17545. FlavorFest takes place Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 11AM-5PM.
Yes. Be prepared for free samples to run out toward the end of the day. Why? The festival requires a certain amount of product from each of the participants to place them on a level playing field. For a variety of reasons, some samples appeal to the sampling appetites of many, and therefore run out faster - so there is a good chance that the wine that "everyone is talking about" will probably run out prior to the end of the day.
As a standard answer no, however some of the vendors on grounds will accept credit cards. The festival does offer multiple ATM machines on premise and one in the Wine Shop. All ATMs will be marked on the map given out day-of.
The wineries are permitted to sample and sell up until the end of the festival (5PM).
The full price Adult ticket includes an official FlavorFest Tasting Glass for your convenience to sample with the participating wineries.

We value all guests with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals should remain on a leash or harness and under the control of the owner at all times.

Please do not. To distribute other materials on site is in violation of our no-soliciting rule. Distributing products (especially those intended as edibles) without a waiver on-site is in violation of state law and contrary to the application process that each member of our Shire Marketplace undergoes to continue to offer quality artisan goods.

Patrons in violation will be asked to leave and escorted from the festival grounds.
