The community outreach form is currently closed. Please check back in January for the 2025 Season's information. Beneficiaries of non-profit organizations benefit from FREE admission to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Approved beneficiaries include 501©3 religious, educational or charitable organizations. Online form results will be reviewed and approved by the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire based on financial need. When request is granted, the contact person will be notified by email and provided with additional details regarding their visit. Requests for the 2024 season were only accepted through June 28, 2024. Please Note: Requests will not be processed until early 2024. The ticket is free admission to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire valid Sunday, August 25, 2024. The Community Outreach ticket will NOT be accepted any other Faire day than August 25, 2024. Due to per day ticket availability, overall community outreach tickets are limited and there is a max per group limit of 100.
Community Outreach is intended to provide an opportunity for those not otherwise financially able to experience the fantasy of a Faire day. The free admission is not intended for the staff or volunteers of the organization. We applaud the hard work and talents of the staff and volunteers of these organizations, but our goal is to reach out to those receiving the benefits of these valued organizations.
Support the Red Cross Blood Drive at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, — follow on Facebook @PaRenFaire or join the Royal Email List to be the first to know about the 2024 dates/times. Donation appointments will be limited and available only through the Red Cross website. Use Sponsor Code: PARenFaire. Presenting donors will receive a complimentary admission ticket to the Renaissance Faire, valid any weekend in 2024.
PRF believes in supporting the local community, and its neighbors. Due to the festival season timeline, donations request submissions are only accepted December 1 through March 31. Please check back after December 1, 2024 to submit a request for the 2025 season.
Many internal parameters are considered in the evaluation of requests and, not all requests will be honored. Though there are a large number of worthy causes, PRF is not able to contribute to every one. A denial of a request does not reflect on the worthiness of an cause, but rather the limits of what PRF is able to give.
