Brenna's Role: Brenna will help with any planning questions and will make sure you are on track with things like menu selection, add-ons, etc.
Required
- Make Your Deposit. Your $500 deposit is due 10 days from the date you receive your contract.
- Payments can be made in two ways:
- Send a check made out to Mazza Vineyards and addressed to Nicole Boyer; Mount Hope Estate & Winery; 2775 Lebanon Rd; Manheim, PA 17545.
- Pay with a credit card by filling out our authorization form here: Mount Hope Credit Card Form.
- Be sure to make note of future payment dates (listed on your contract).
Required
- Book an Officiant. Couples provide their own officiant.
- One of PRF's Ladies in Waiting is an officiant. If you have an interest in checking her availability, contact Nicole. The price for booking her would be $200.

- Select Your Menu & Bar Package. Decide on the two entrees and two sides to be served on your buffet. Decide whether you'd like a cash bar or an open bar. Consider adding a sparkling cider toast! Click Here to submit your choices.

- Order any Add-On Enhancements by 30 Days out. Let Brenna know if you'd like to add of these enhancements.
Required
- Final Numbers. Submit your final numbers to Brenna.
- Final Guest Count
- Be sure to include yourselves in the final count!
- Let us know if there are guests under 12 years of age so we can adjust your package pricing.
- Be sure to include any vendors you may have that will be eating (officiant, photographer, etc).
- All dietary notes and allergies are due with final count.
- Final Payment. Your final payment is due 21 days before your wedding. Contact Nicole to make your payment or receive your current invoice.
- No refunds will be issued after the final payment date if your count drops for any reason.
- Any guest count increases that occur after your final payment date may incur a late charge.
- Once your final payment is made, we will mail your guests' faire tickets to you.
- It is your responsibility to get the tickets to your guests, we are unable to hold tickets/distribute tickets on your behalf.
- Tickets and Entry
- Tickets are not required to enter the feasting glen.
- Full Day Admission Tickets will be mailed to client when final payment is received. It is client's responsibility to distribute tickets to guests.
- Guest tickets are valid for full day admission. The festival gates open from 11AM through 8PM.
- Full Day Admission Tickets are non-refundable and are valid for any public faire day during the current season.
- All guests will park in general PA Renaissance Faire parking lots.
- Please expect traffic when arriving at the PA Renaissance Faire. During peak operating hours, vehicles will be backed up on Route 72 due to cars arriving for the faire day. Please inform your guests that your event will start promptly regardless of traffic status. Click here for a map of the parking lot and feasting glen area.
- Alcohol Policy
- The event many include a cash or open bar. The Company will exercise all reasonable care in service of alcohol and will furnish bartenders to dispense such alcohol. It will be the sole responsibility of the Company to ID and ensure safe and proper service of alcohol to the Client in accordance with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board rules. Company will not serve visibly intoxicated guests. Said guest will be cut-off from service and may be asked to leave the premises if uncooperative.
- All clients and guests must be 21 years old to drink or possess alcohol on the COMPANY premises. Proper ID must be presented upon request. It is the responsibility of the COMPANY to card, serve and monitor the consumption of all alcoholic beverages on the property during the scheduled event.
- All alcohol will be provided by Mount Hope Estate & Winery. No outside alcohol is permitted. All alcohol will be served by Mount Hope Estate & Winery staff only.
- Decoration Guidelines.
- There is no unloading zone near the feasting glen. If you have more décor than you can carry, we recommend bringing a wheeled cart.
- Do not move picnic tables.
- No linens, flowers, or other decorations are provided.
- You are permitted to provide additional decorations with the following in mind.
- Please note that we will not accept responsibility for items you may wish to use during the ceremony or reception.
- No decorations can be brought to the grounds/set up earlier than one hour before the event. All decorations must be cleaned up no later than one hour after the event. All decor is the responsibility of the clients to provide, set-up, and tear down.
- There is no storage provided for decorations before or after the event.
- There is no cake storage.
- Glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice or similar small particle like substances are prohibited at Mount Hope Estate & Winery indoor and outdoor event spaces.
- No nails, screws, tape, or other surface defacing products should be used in decorating. Zip strips, floral wire, ribbons, twine, string, and fishing line are permitted to secure decor.
- Mount Hope Estate & Winery reserves the right to charge for damages the event may cause that are over and above normal wear and tear to the facility.
- Pet Policy.
- Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome to join their human companions for the revelry of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. There are some simple steps to take before visiting with your furry friend. Dog Friendly Faire tickets and policies apply to dogs only. No other animals will be admitted.
- You will be required to follow the procedures set forth at PaRenFaire.com/DogDays prior to your wedding day. NO day-of dog admissions will be available.
