Halloween Days & Spooky Knights October 18-19 • Weekend 11

Peasants and nobles alike prepare to celebrate everyone's favorite holiday All Hallow's Eve. There are far too many tricks and treats to cram into one weekend, therefore this is the first of two weekends of mystery and mayhem with spooky creatures haunting the Shire. Help celebrate this hauntingly wonderful time by dressing in costume and you can bet your broom stick that the Faire will finish with a bang with lots of fun & prizes for all ages!

Halloween Days & Spooky Knights I Competitions, Ceremonies & Merriements Trick or Treating in the Shire: The Shire is "alive" with the mirth & merriement of All Hallows and everyone is getting into the "spirit" with trick or treating. All the nipperkins that come to the shire are welcome to trick or treat through the shire during an allotted time and gather all the tricks & treats they can. Adult & Children Costume Contest: Wear your favorite costume to the Shire, whether child or child at heart and win fantastic prizes. Bobbin' For Apples: For kids and adults, this test of skill can prove to be quite difficult! Are you a master "bobber"...we shall soon see! We are currently planning more activities and special performances for Halloween Days & Spooky Knights! Check back soon for more information! The Ultimate Spooky Joust: During Halloween Days & Spooky Knights the Ultimate Joust transforms into an experience of the macabre. Who knows what mysteries and mayhem might ensue!
