Featured Ale:

"Bootie Barley Wine"

As the autumn cold settles on the English town of Bristol, John Harvey, a master brewer and farmer by trade was faced with a quandary. It appeared the family granary was laden with an excessive amount of grain—if left unused, the grain will spoil. Using his knowledge of beer making, John concocted a new recipe and, with the help of his sons, the surplus grain was mashed with his normal brews, resulting in a strong ale which warms the body on even the coldest of days—so much so that drinking much of it will kick you in the Bootie. Exercise much caution with this ale!
