2008 SCHOOL DAYS RESERVATION FORM

Please complete the form below and use the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. All information is necessary to complete the reservation. Written confirmation and an invoice will be mailed via the US Postal Service upon receipt of your reservation.

Admission is $14.00 per student on all days. The day operates from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Group size must be 10 or more to be considered for School Days. For groups under 20 students, prepayment is required. An invoice will be mailed with your confirmation.
