The PARF Alert Program sends text message notifications to opted-in Managers, Vendors, and Performers regarding gate opening/closing status, weather conditions and delays, and on-site safety emergencies (and their resolution). This program is operated by Mazza Vineyards, Inc., dba Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire ("PARF," "we," "us").
This program is intended for current Managers, Vendors under contract, and Performers scheduled to work PARF events. It is not open to the general public.
You are enrolled in the PARF Alert Program during onboarding, when you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text alerts. You may also be enrolled through a dedicated opt-in page at parenfaire.com, if one is made available.
Message frequency varies with site conditions and is not sent on a fixed schedule. Alerts are only sent when gate status, weather, or safety conditions require notification on an operating day.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PARF does not charge for these messages beyond your carrier's standard rates.
Reply STOP to any PARF alert message at any time to be removed from the program. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact 717-665-7021 to opt out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and delivery may vary by carrier and location.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at parenfaire.com is always the current one. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
