Participant Passes

Merchants will be provided four (4) Participant Passes per booth at no cost and two (2) Participant Passes per cart, hand basket or kiosk at no cost. Requests for additional Participant Passes will be reviewed, and approval will be given based on individual circumstances. Passes are issued in accordance with the Faire's Participant Passes, Complimentary Passes and Parking Passes policies.

Parking Passes

A form must be filled out for every Merchant Employee who will be working in the 2026 season including Owners. Replacement passes will be issued at the rate of $10.00 per pass. Passes are issued in accordance with the Faire's Participant Passes, Complimentary Passes and Parking Passes policies.

Trailer Parking

Trailer Parking is no longer permitted in the Back 40 lot. ALL Parking/Storage for trailers and overside vehicles is now at The Farm opposite the exit onto Mountain Road. ALL TRAILERS must be parked in this area during operational days of the Festival and Faire season. There are three (3) options for Trailer Parking available to all Participants:

1. WEEKEND PARKING = $25/weekend
   Trailers may only park Friday through Monday and must depart on Monday to be considered Weekend Parking. Weekend Parking Passes will be distributed and invoiced as requested.

2. SEASONAL (July 1-December 31) = $750
   The Trailer is parked/stored at The Farm through the Seasonal period of the Faire and Yuletide. No prorated fee is provided for this current period of parking/storage. Parking must be paid in full in advance, and insurance as noted on the agreement is required to be on file before the agreement is completed. 3. YEAR-ROUND (January 1-December 31) = $1200
   Trailer Parking and Storage can be arranged on an annual basis for the period beginning January 1, 2027. Parking must be paid in full in advance, and insurance as noted on the agreement is required to be on file before the agreement is completed.Click here to view and download the Trailer Parking Agreement. Discount Ticket requests must be submitted by the Monday at Noon prior to the date being requested.

Approved tickets will be processed in Faire's Box Office System and placed On Hold. An email will be sent to the requesting individual containing a payment link. Holds must be completed online through their Box Office account by entering their payment. This is the only method of payment permitted.

Once payment is received, an order confirmation email with ticket links will be sent.

Ticket holds will expire at 4PM on Friday prior to the ticketed weekend and tickets will be returned to public inventory.
